Customer shall be liable under law to pay any tax, cess, duty etc., by whatever name called, imposed by any instrumentality of state, with respect to the transaction entered with the customer and it shall be recoverable from the customer, even subsequently after the availing of travel services by the customer. FlyRath shall not be liable for any errors or inaccuracies in pricing information provided on our website and reserves the right to correct any such errors or inaccuracies.

FlyRath explicitly disclaims any retention of credit/debit card or payment particulars of customers within its databases or any ancillary data storage systems. The capture of card details is exclusively facilitated within the fortified environment of the respective banking entities, absolving FlyRath of any liability for any potential misuse of credit cards by any third party.

FlyRath operates under the principle that if FlyRath is unable to fulfill any committed component of a tour, the amount corresponding to that component is refunded in full to the customer as per FlyRath’s 100% money back guarantee. However, it is important to emphasize that instances of customer negligence, acts of God, or circumstances beyond the control of FlyRath will not be considered under this provision.
Customers are expressly advised that a complete cancellation penalty may be imposed on products or services booked and purchased, which remain unutilized or are canceled subsequent to the specified cancellation deadline delineated within the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.
By engaging in a transaction with FlyRath, customers assume the responsibility for bearing the entire cost encompassing booking, cancellation, and administrative fees for any products or services booked yet remain unused for any reason. Furthermore, customers acknowledge that FlyRath reserves the authority to decline any booking or purchase at its discretion, absolving FlyRath of any consequential claims for losses, damages, or compensation. In the event of such declination, FlyRath shall reimburse the customer for any unutilized funds collected for said purchase.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the nature of the product or service. For air tickets, refunds may take between 30 to 45 working days, while for hotel accommodations, refunds may take between 10 to 15 working days to reflect in the customer’s account. It is to be noted that refund policies are delineated within the terms and conditions at the time of booking or purchase and may vary for each product or service.
The cancellation charges are delineated as follows:
From the date of booking to 30 days before check-in: 25% of the package cost.
From 30 to 15 days before check-in: 50% of the package cost.
From 15 to 7 days before check-in: 75% of the package cost.
Less than 7 days before check-in: Total amount forfeited with no refund provided.
No-show: Total amount forfeited with no refund provided.
No refunds shall be extended in instances of cancellations due to natural calamities.
The cancellation policy is subject to change and is contingent upon the individual cancellation policy of each hotel. During peak seasons, some hotels may impose a 100% cancellation charge.

In the event of duplicate bookings, FlyRath reserves the right to cancel additional bookings without notice. Refunds for duplicate bookings may be subject to administrative fees or charges incurred by FlyRath.
Upon completion of a hotel booking and payment transaction on the FlyRath website, an immediate confirmation is issued, accompanied by the dispatch of a hotel confirmation voucher to the email address provided during the transaction. This voucher comprehensively outlines essential details, including the hotel’s address, contact information, confirmation number, meal plan, payment particulars, supplier information, and other pertinent details. It is imperative that customers present this voucher at the hotel’s check-in counter upon arrival. Without this voucher, entry can not be ensured by Flyrath.
Upon online booking and purchase of a sightseeing tour, an instantaneous confirmation voucher is generated and dispatched to the designated email address following the finalisation of payment. This voucher meticulously delineates critical information such as pick-up time, location, tour date, supplier details, payment specifics, and other relevant information. Customers are offered the option to select between seat-in-coach (SIC) sightseeing tours or private sightseeing tours, with seat-in-coach tours/transfers potentially entailing waiting periods at airports/hotels.
An electronic ticket (e-ticket) serves as a digital document furnished to passengers in lieu of traditional paper tickets, featuring a unique confirmation number. Passengers are mandated to present this unique confirmation number printout at the airline check-in counter to obtain their boarding pass. Upon completion of payment via credit/debit card or alternative means, e-ticket details are dispatched to the email address specified during purchase. Alternatively, customers may opt to receive the details telephonically or the airline counter at the airport, subject to presentation of the unique confirmation number (PNR).
Certain airlines continue to issue paper tickets, whereupon customers receive a booking confirmation number immediately following full payment online. Subsequently, all paper tickets are dispatched to the specified delivery address provided during purchase, with delivery typically occurring within 3-5 working days from the date of purchase. FlyRath absolves itself of responsibility in the event that the customer is unavailable at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery time.
Confirmation for holiday packages typically requires a minimum of 7 days post-payment completion. Upon online payment, FlyRath’s customer care team will initiate contact with the customer and dispatch confirmation vouchers along with the day-to-day itinerary to the email address provided during purchase. In the absence of an email address, vouchers will be delivered to the specified address within 3-5 working days at no additional cost. FlyRath assumes no liability if the customer is unavailable at the address during the delivery attempt.
Upon finalization of a rail or cruise booking and payment on the website, immediate confirmation is issued, followed by the receipt of rail confirmation tickets or cruise vouchers dispatched to the specified email address. Alternatively, customers without email access may opt for doorstep delivery at an additional cost.

Force Majeure Event” shall refer to any event beyond the reasonable control of the Authority and the Operator, which impedes either Party from fulfilling its obligations under this Contract, including, but not limited to:
1.Acts of God, including, but not limited to, fires, explosions, earthquakes, droughts, tidal waves, and floods;
2. War, hostilities (whether formally declared or not), invasion, acts of foreign enemies, mobilization, requisition, or embargo;
3. Rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, or civil war;
4. Contamination by radioactivity resulting from any nuclear fuel, or from any nuclear waste originating from the combustion of nuclear fuel, radioactive toxic explosive materials, or other hazardous properties inherent in any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component thereof;
5. Riot, civil disturbance, strikes, work stoppages, lockouts, or public disorder; or
6. Acts or threats of terrorism.
You are hereby advised that as a customer availing services through ‘Flyrath’, you are subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by the respective travel service providers, for whom ‘Flyrath ’ functions as an intermediary. These terms and conditions encompass a range of factors, including but not limited to the terms of carriage, refund policies, and cancellation policies enforced by airlines, cruise lines, car rental agencies, hotels, vacation rentals, and other related entities.
It is a fundamental requirement in many countries that foreign nationals entering the country possess a passport with a validity of at least 06 months. Visa and health regulations vary significantly from one country to another. It is the sole responsibility of an individual traveller to ensure compliance with all documentation and medical requirements specified by the embassy or consulate of the destination country. FlyRath accepts no responsibility for any visa rejections or refusals, regardless of the reasons involved.
Additionally, FlyRath reserves the right to decline any booking or purchase for any reason deemed appropriate, without incurring liability for resulting claims, losses, damages, or compensation. In such circumstances, FlyRath commits to refunding the customer the full amount of unutilized payment received, after deducting any applicable booking fees, administration charges, or cancellation fees, if any, associated with the purchase.
